Frequently Asked Questions

What is Twig?

Twig is a new brand bringing you helpful tools tools built to help writers finish their books. Unlike other platforms that use AI to try to write for you, Twig’s mission is to guide and strengthen your writing, so the story always stays yours.

How does the developmental editor work?

Upload your manuscript and see the price. Pay through our secure checkout, then watch your edit run in a simple portal with a progress bar. You’ll get a welcome letter back in only a few seconds, and when it’s done you’ll receive three documents: an Editorial Letter, a Revision Plan, and chapter-by-chapter feedback. We’ll also email the results. No login required unless you want future access to your edits.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Everything you upload stays private and secure, and your files are never shared or used to train AI. See our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

How much does it cost?

$3 for every 1,000 words with a minimum charge of 10k words. Simple.

What if I’m not happy with my edit? (money-back guarantee)

It may be hard to trust a machine could possibly understand your story. We are so confident in our process that we are offering a 100% 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your edit in any way, just email us at support@twig.io from the email you used at checkout and we will refund you. We will ask for feedback so we can improve, but your refund is not dependent on your answer.

I love what you’re doing, how can I get involved?

We need your help sharing what we’re doing here. Many are rightly concerned AI will take away what we as creators love most. But it doesn’t have to be that way. We are determined to show a better way to use AI. Let others know about us.

We are just getting started and would love your feedback (support@twig.io). Be sure to add your email address above to be notified of future features, updates, products, and more.
